Building food abundance for kids

Across the U.S., young and old are threatened with food insecurity, which means they are not aware when or where they will get their next meal. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated preexisting barriers to food access, especially those living just above the poverty line.

I am inspired by a story about TV personality Terrence J who uses his life to provide food to kids. He has partnered with Maytag to fill refrigerators at Boys and Girls Clubs in parts of the U.S. I love this concept. Read more about Terrence J’s effort to fill fridges for kids here.
